CONCORD, NH — A local man with a number of priors was arrested again this morning after a high-speed chase on two Interstates and through the West End of the city. According to New Hampshire State Police, a trooper attempted to make a motor vehicle stop at just before 1:30 a.m. on I-93. The vehicle – a 2009 Nissan Rouge – had reportedly made multiple lane control violations, according to state police.
