Homeless Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure Downtown: Log

CONCORD, NH — Brian L. Eldridge, 33, of Pierce Street in Concord, received a summons at 6:10 a.m. on Aug. 15, 2016, for reckless driving after an alleged incident on Washington Street.

Michael N. A. Merritz, 26, of Downing Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2016, for possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of drugs, after an alleged incident on South Main Street.

Shannon E. McGowan, 21, of Towle Road in Chichester, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2016, for theft after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Kristen A. Ellis, 32, of North State Street in Concord, received a summons at 5:05 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension on North State Street.

Patrick S. Walsh, 56, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2016, for indecent exposure and lewdness and possession of alcoholic beverages on public property. He was arrested after an alleged incident near the clock tower on North Main Street.

Radhika Sarki, 26, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2016, for false report to law enforcement and false swearing/statement.

Dennis E. Laramee, 45, of Canton Circle in Concord, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Aug. 15, 2016, and charged with criminal trespass and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Canton Circle.

Cory R. Conant-Gould, 28, of Route 25 in Rumney, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 16, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft of a motor vehicle after alleged incidents at the Concord Coach Bus Depot on Stickney Avenue and the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street. He was arrested earlier this year during a stolen SUV incident, according to WMUR-TV.

John A. Eakstries, 34, of NE Village Road in Concord, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. on Aug. 16, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of drugs. He was arrested on North Main Street outside of the CVS.

Victor D. Ratliff, 27, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. on Aug. 16, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs and a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.
