Wrong Way on a One-Way Leads to Teen Charged with DWI, Drugs: Log

Police: Maine man charged receiving stolen property, man arrested for not leaving the Holiday Inn, thrown plate leads to vandalism charge.

CONCORD, NH - Stephen G. Daige, 31, of Ashmont Street in Sanford, ME, was arrested at 8:36 a.m. on May 31, 2016, on a receiving stolen property charge after an alleged incident at the Starving Artist Moving Company on Hall Street. Daige was arrested by Nashua Police on a warrant. He’s due in court on July 11.

Brandy A. Hager, 37, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on May 20, 2016, for operating after suspension and a bench warrant for failure to appear in Concord District Court on May 19, 2016, $1,000 cash to settle. She was arrested in the area of the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road after a report of an impaired driver in the area. Hager, according to police, was not impaired but she had a suspended license for default courts summons and an active warrant. She was arrested and held.

Charles A. Dexter, 28, of Summer Street in Bow, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on May 15, 2016, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in Concord District Court on a criminal mischief charge, $302.50 cash to settle. He was arrested after being stopped on South Main Street. Dexter is due in court on June 17.

Victor D. Ratliff, 27, of North State Street in Concord, received a summons at 1:52 a.m. on May 10, 2016, for criminal trespass for allegedly refusing to leave the Holiday Inn on North Main Street when asked to multiple times, according to a report. He is due in court on June 27.

Devon K. Rowell, 22, of Eastern District Road in Danbury, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on May 2, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from the Walmart on Loudon Road – an $11.97 three-pack of Dust Off Compressed Gas – that he allegedly concealed in his coat, according to a loss prevention employee at the store. Rowell, who was already currently assigned to Merrimack County Pre-Trial Services, is due in court on June 13.

Kayleigh D. Adams, 18, of Victory Drive in Franklin, was arrested at 1:11 a.m. on April 13, 2016, on three counts of driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right (one-way), possession of controlled drugs-marijuana, possession of drugs, and unlawful possession of alcohol. An officer reportedly saw a sedan exiting the McDonald’s Restaurant parking lot and driving the wrong way on West Street, which is one-way heading west, according to the report. The vehicle backed up back into the parking lot, drove to South Main Street, and headed south, according to the arrest report. The vehicle was pulled over by the New Hampshire Republican Party headquarters. The driver – Adams – was questioned about why she was stopped. “I noticed during my entire conversation with Adams, she was looking away from me,” the officer alleged. “I smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the inside of the vehicle. I asked Adams if there was a reason why she wasn't looking at me while I was talking to her. Adams told me that she was nervous.” Adam allegedly had glossy, red eyes, and after a field sobriety test, she was arrested. During an inventory search, an officer allegedly found marijuana, a pipe, rolling papers, and a grinder in the center console of the vehicle.

Kayla L. Watson, 27, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 10:01 p.m. on April 12, 2016, for criminal mischief after police were sent to Alton Woods to meet with a man who stated that Watson allegedly threw a plate at him at an apartment on Royal Gardens. The plate shattered and hit him in the leg, he alleged. Officers went to speak with Watson and other witnesses about the incident. Watson allegedly admitted to throwing the plate because she was mad and was arrested.

Joseph D. McCormick, 25, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:49 p.m. on April 11, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court for nonpayment of fines on a willful concealment charge from July 2015. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Fort Eddy Road.
