Laconia Man Arrested For Theft Twice In 3 Days: Police Log

A homeless man was arrested on domestic violence, false imprisonment charges and a Plymouth man and Concord woman were arrested on warrants.

CONCORD, NH — Shanna M. Lamos, year of birth 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. on Nov. 5, 2017, on a warrant. She was arrested in the area between Stickney Avenue and Storrs Street.

Allan S. Fish, year of birth 1996, of Summer Street in Laconia, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2017, and charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and a bench warrant. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street. Fish was arrested again at 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2017, for theft after an alleged shoplifting incident at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Ryan Eldridge, year of birth 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, false imprisonment, and domestic violence-false imprisonment. He was arrested after an alleged incident north of the Contoocook River.

Gregory S. Gilbert, year of birth 1960, of Highland Drive in Plymouth, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Nov. 2, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at Walmart on Loudon Road.

William Smith, year of birth 1994, of Asby Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Nov. 2, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Asby Road.
