NH Woman Gives News Viewers The Tongue During Arrest

Watch: Timiah Wilkins of Concord was arrested after allegedly hiding in the brush after crashing her Toyota on the I-89 on-ramp Tuesday.

BOW, NH — A local woman arrested after a crash in Bow gave news viewers an ear … er, mouthful two nights ago after a local television station caught her arrest on camera. WMUR-TV Channel 9 in Manchester happened to be in the right place at the right time after Timiah Wilkins, 20, of Concord, reportedly crashed her Toyota Corolla on the I-89 North on-ramp in Bow on Tuesday night. Earlier, Wilkins allegedly sped away from state troopers who were performing traffic enforcement at the Hooksett tolls.

A trooper, according to a report, noticed that the vehicle she was driving allegedly had an invalid inspection sticker. The trooper reportedly motioned for her to stop but she allegedly refused, sped away, and passed other vehicles in the breakdown lane of the northbound side of I-93.

The trooper caught up with the vehicle just as it crashed on the on-ramp. Both Wilkins and Allan Fish, 21, of Manchester, allegedly fled the scene of the crash but were both arrested later. Another passenger gave a witness statement to state police, according to court affidavits.
