Concord Police: Fight about iHome radio leads to arrest, teen arrested on driving charges, and theft suspect allegedly hides in a closet.

CONCORD, NH - Colleen L. Drago, 42, of Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested on Feb. 29, 2016, for conduct after an accident from Nov. 30, 2015, at the intersection of Water and Hall streets. Drago was already being held at the Merrimack County House of Corrections. She was video arraigned on March 1.

Asia M. Hartwell, 22, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 28, 2016, on a false report to law enforcement charge from Feb. 6, 2016. Police were sent to an apartment on Warren Street for a domestic at just before 1 p.m. between Hartwell and her ex reportedly arguing about an iHome radio, according to an arrest report. The officer alleged that her story about the incident “changed multiple times”; the ex alleged that she was trying to get him into trouble so he could be kicked off the lease. Hartwell, however, had an active warrant and was arrested. She’s due in court on April 4.

Charles Wormstead, 59, of Cross Road in Rumney, was arrested on Feb. 27, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration from an alleged incident on Jan. 11, 2016, at Walmart on Loudon. He was arrested by New Hampshire State Police and transported to the Tilton Diner for delivery to Concord Police. Wormstead is due in court on April 4.

Angelique T. Duhaime, 28, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested on Feb. 26, 2016, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer from an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road on Dec. 10, 2015. She was arrested at her apartment and allegedly stated to the officer, “Well, this sucks, I’ve been good lately,” according to the report. “I haven’t stolen anything since then.” She’s due in court on April 11.

Shawn K. Pigott, 42, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, was arrested on Feb. 16, 2016, was arrested for suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Water Street after running a plate and finding the owner with a suspended license and registration. Pigott is due in court on March 21.

Nakia Brochu, 20, of Arah Street in Manchester, was arrested on Feb. 7, 2016, for possession of drugs, unlawful possession of alcohol, transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor, and a bench warrant after a traffic stop on Manchester Street for driving a Honda Civic without its lights on around 8:15 p.m. Brochu had a bench warrant out of Salem District Court, $819 cash bail. An inventory search of the car allegedly yielded a can of Budweiser and a marijuana grinder with marijuana in it.

Joel J. Figueroa, 21, of Grove Street in Manchester, was arrested on Jan. 30, 2016, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for a defective passenger side brake light on a VW Jetta. The officer allegedly smelled fresh marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver – Figueroa – allegedly admitted to have a “one hitter” with burnt marijuana and he was arrested. During an inventory, police allegedly found a baggie of marijuana in the compartment next to the gear shifter, according to an arrest report. He was arraigned on March 14.

Shanna M. Lamos, 37, of Blueberry Lane in Laconia, was arrested on Jan. 29, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at the Walmart on Loudon Road on Dec. 24, 2015. She was arrested after a traffic stop on North Main Street for driving without her vehicle’s lights on. She was arraigned on March 14.

Brianna Aredell-Rose Gunnison, 23, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 28, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident on Oct. 29, 2015, at the Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road. She was allegedly hiding in a closet after police went to her apartment to arrest her on a warrant, according to an arrest report. Gunnison was arraigned on March 14.

Richard C. Murray, 63, of Shaker Road in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 27, 2016, for disorderly conduct after an alleged incident on Shaker Road on Nov. 19, 2015. He was arraigned on March 14.

Joshua S. Gerade, 19, of Prescott Street in Concord, was arrested on Jan. 25, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic on Peabody Street after a check revealing a license and registration suspension from earlier in the month. He was arraigned on March 14.
