Prisoner Allegedly Violates Protective Order: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Evan R. Mercado, year of birth 1991, of Summer Street in Penacook, on two bench warrants at 7:42 p.m. on Sept. 27, 2017. he was arrested again at 5:15 p.m. on Sept. 29, on a warrant after an alleged incident on Summer Street.

William G. Ellis, year of birth 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 6:33 a.m. on Sept. 27, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, criminal mischief-vandalism, and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested on Hall Street near the Speedway gas station.

Jonathan C. Paquette, year of birth 1992, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 11:28 p.m. on Sept. 25, 2017, for false report to law enforcement and a bench warrant after an alleged incident on North Main Street.

John Deveau, year of birth 1976, of Canton Circle in Concord, received a summons at 7:02 a.m. on Sept. 24, 2017, for operating without a valid license and unregistered vehicle.

Eric D. Lassonde, year of birth 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Sept. 22, 2017, for violation of a protective order. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen.

Allan S. Fish, year of birth 1996, of Summer Street in Laconia, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 21, 2017, on a warrant after an alleged incident at the New Hampshire State Liquor Store on Storrs Street.

Michael A. Arsenault, year of birth 1987, of School Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:15 a.m. on Sept. 20, 2017, on a bench warrant.

Kody A. Osgood, year of birth 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 5:25 p.m. of Sept. 18, 2017, on a warrant after an alleged incident on Lyndon Street.
