Laconia, Manchester Felons Indicted On Weapon Charges: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Daniel N. Kasa, 54, of North Adam Street in Manchester, on insurance fraud and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of fraudulent receiving disability payments from American Zurich Insurance Company, valued at more than $1,500, between Aug. 10, 2022, and Jan. 1, 2023, in Hooksett.

Emily A. Kresco, 32, of Sheridan Street in Laconia, on two felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. She was accused of possessing metallic knuckles and throwing stars in Franklin on Sept. 11.

Robert J. Leduc, 55, of Morgan Drive in Pittsburg, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on July 30 in Pittsfield.

Chazz Locklin, 26, of Oakwood Lane in Ocoee, Florida, on a felony anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties charge. He was accused of making a false statement on a certificate of title on a Peterbilt 579 tractor-trailer truck by stating his address was South Emperor Drive in Concord on Dec. 18, 2023.

Lisa Lundstrom, 46, of Daniel Street in Franklin, on three felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and buprenorphine, and two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine and clonazepam, on June 7 in Hooksett. Previously, she was convicted on acts prohibited charges in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in July 2008.

Marvajo McCullar, 51, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield, on second-degree assault-domestic violence and domestic violence charges, both felonies. She was accused of cutting an intimate partner with a knife on Sept. 16 in Pittsfield.

Kyle R. McFetridge, 20, of Broadway in Pembroke, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on July 23 in Pittsfield.

Liam E. McGrenaghan, 23, of Hall Avenue in Henniker, on criminal threatening and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening a family or household member with a knife during an argument in Henniker on May 11.

Robert D. Moore, 40, a homeless man now located in Northfield, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 3 in Northfield.

Cory S. Nickerson, 40, of Spruce Street in Manchester, on two felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges. He was accused of possessing a dagger and metallic knuckles on March 6 in Franklin.
