Hebron Thief Accused Of Gun, Mountain Bike Thefts: Court Roundup
Merrimack man indicted on murder threat charge; felon accused of drug and weapon possession charges in Concord; numerous drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Felicia Jackson, 34, a transient in Franklin, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-clonazepam, possession of alprazolam, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on Feb. 10 in Northfield.
Jason B. Johnson, 37, of Village Circle Way in Manchester on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent-buprenorphine, cocaine, and fentanyl and cocaine mix charges on May 7 in Bow. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County in February 2002.

Devin Kane, 44, of Hobart Hill Road in Hebron on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of exercising unauthorized control over a Smith & Wesson M&P .22 caliber rifle at the Barnstore in Salisbury on April 23, stealing merchandise belonging to Belletete’s in Andover on June 9, and exercising unauthorized control over a mountain bike owned by another on June 25 in Northfield. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
Jonathan S. Kelley, 33, of Whitney Road in Hillsboro on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on June 27 in Henniker.

Kevin Kenneson, 32, of Tilton on three counts of pistols & revolvers; convicted felons (a machete, a Smith & Wesson HRT fixed blade knife, and a Mossy Oak dirk style knife), three counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, cocaine, and a fentanyl and tramadol mix, and a falsifying physical evidence charge, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and weapons and dumping drugs on the floor of his truck to evade state police investigators on May 8 in Concord. Kenneson is a felon due to a prior drug conviction.
Krystal L. Kenny, 38, of Pickering Road in Rochester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge in Bow on June 5. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on drug possession charge in Hillsborough County in March.
Timothy Lazenby, 55, of Pleasant Street in Concord on a felony sex offender register, failure to comply-subsequent offense charge. He was accused of failing to register online identifiers, a Facebook account, with police on May 21. Lazenby was convicted of rape in November 2009 and was previously convicted on a failure to register charge in January.
Jesse Longden, 35, of Battle Street in Webster on a felony acts prohibited-possession of buprenorphine charge on May 23 in Bow.
Lisa Lundstrom, 43, of Franklin Street in Franklin on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on School Street in Franklin on July 23 after being deemed a habitual offender.
Kyle O’Donnell, 42, of Knox Road in Bow on second-degree assault and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of punching a household member in the face causing a fractured jaw and bruising in Bow on Aug. 12.
Jason Landry, 41, of Farrar Lane in Merrimack on second-degree assault and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman between Dec. 1, 2018, and Jan. 31, 2019 in Loudon and sending an email to the woman, threatening to murder her by shooting her in the face, on Dec. 30, 2020, in Loudon. Craig Oxley, 37, of Orange Street in Manchester on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on May 12 in Hooksett.
