Webster Man Indicted On Contoocook Rape Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Woman indicted on Concord strangulation, knife threat charges; burglaries at the Gardens; Pittsfield man indicted on flashlight attack case.

CONCORD, NH — A Merrimack County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Phineas Fogg, 40, of Long Pond Road in Washington on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a business and a home on Old Concord Road in Henniker on July 14, 2023.
Joseph Goffinet Jr., 54, with a last known address of Lake Avenue in Manchester on a felony delivery of articles prohibited charge. He was accused of possessing fentanyl in the Merrimack County Jail in Boscawen on Aug. 3, 2023.

Caleb Guay, 20, of Little Hill Road in Webster on an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a teenager while they were helpless to resist in Contoocook between Aug. 13 and Aug. 14, 2023.
Regis Babu Irumva, 20, of Concord Gardens in Concord on two burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing an apartment at Concord Gardens twice on Aug. 27, 2023.

Kristen Kenney, 34, of Bailey Road in Alexandria on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Concord on May 23, 2023.
Justin Keyser, 40, of Gilford Avenue in Laconia on domestic violence and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of striking a woman in the face with a flashlight while she was driving and placing her in danger on Oct. 15, 2023, in Pittsfield.
Emily A. Kresco, 31, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine and fentanyl mix, both felonies, on May 1, 2023, in Franklin.
Jason Labbe, 47, of Nelson Hill Road in Sutton on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 27, 2023, in Newbury.
Steven Labrie, 32, of Liden Avenue in Newport on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, cocaine and fentanyl mix and meth, in Hopkinton on Sept. 1, 2023.
Zachary L. Leblanc, 28, of River Street in Franklin on an operating while deemed a habitual offender and two second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on South Main Street in Franklin on June 21, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV, causing a collision, and placing another person in danger by driving a vehicle as a dangerous weapon.
