Concord Man Arrested On Second On DWI Charge: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Nicholas James Hans, 24, of Concord was arrested at 3:09 p.m. on May 31 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Village Street.

William Smith, born 1994, of Concord was arrested at 12:53 a.m. on May 31 on a warrant after an incident on Asby Road.

George Louis Whiting, 34, of Concord received a summons on a bench warrant at 9:50 p.m. on May 30 after an incident on Blueberry Lane.

Jason Derek Woody, 38, of Concord received a summons at 8:27 p.m. on May 30 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Cory D. Berman, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 3:23 p.m. on May 13 on a warrant.

Jacob Dimitri Russell, 19, of Pembroke was arrested at 2 a.m. on May 11 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Joseph V. Pellerin, 23, of Concord received a summons at 10:45 a.m. on May 9 on a simple assault-mutual combat charge after an incident on Downing Street.

Landrine Tumaini, born 2002, of Concord received a summons at 4:15 p.m. on May 8 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Storrs Street.

Colin P. White, born 1990, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. on May 6 on a theft of services charge-less than $1,000 after an incident at Whiskey & Wine on North Main Street.

Jeffrey R. Vachon, 57, of Penacook received a summons at 9:12 p.m. on May 1 on a bench warrant after an incident at 100 Loudon Road.

Benjamin E. Deleston, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on May 1 on a driving while intoxicated-second offense charge after an incident on Water Street.

Daniel Rosales, born 2002, of Concord received a summons at 10:36 p.m. on April 29 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge. Anthony Rosales, born 2000, of Concord was arrested at 10:46 p.m. on April 29 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. They were both charged after an incident on South Fruit Street.
