Boscawen Man Charged With False Imprisonment, Assault: Concord Log

CONCORD, NH — Eric D. Lassonde, year of birth 1992, of North Main Street in Boscawen, received a summons at 9:15 a.m. on May 17, 2017, for simple assault. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Lok Gurung, YOB 1977, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 8:44 a.m. on May 18, 2017, for violation of a protective order and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Concord Gardens.

Steven E. Bonneau, YOB 1974, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. on May 18, 2017, for duty to report. Bonneau, according to a state of New Hampshire database, was convicted of aggravated felonious sexual assault against a child under 13 in April 2010. He is currently on parole through April 2018.

Helmi M. Ryan, YOB 1973, of Thompson Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:35 p.m. on May 18, 2017, for resisting arrest or detention. She was arrested after an alleged incident on South Street near Tucker’s.

Kimberly J. MacCartney, YOB 1966, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 1:10 a.m. on May 19, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, operating without a valid license, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs. She was arrested after an alleged incident on North Main Street near the Cumberland Farms.

Herbert V. Merrill, YOB 1955, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 4 p.m. on May 19, 2017, was arrested for simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Warren Street.

William J. Signor, YOB 1982, pictured, of Tremont Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. on May 19, 2017, for false imprisonment, domestic violence-false imprisonment, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital. Previously, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader, Signor was arrested in July 2013, for allegedly pulling a stun gun on a man who refused to give him money while panhandling and criminal trespass in September 2013. Both incidents reportedly occurred in Manchester. Signor was convicted of witness tampering in 2007.

Steven Munoz, YOB 1965, of Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on May 19, 2017, for theft, conduct after an accident, operating without a valid license, and possession of controlled drugs charges. Also arrested was Kimberly J. MacCartney, YOB 1966, of North Main Street in Concord, for theft and default or breach of bail conditions. They were arrested at the Walmart on Loudon Road.

Ethan J. Lea, YOB 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on May 19, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs and three warrants. He was arrested after a traffic stop on Pleasant Street near Concord Hospital.
