Tyler Dempsey of Loudon was arrested Sunday after an SUV crash on Bee Hole Road; a second passenger was injured, taken to Concord Hospital.

LOUDON, NH — A local man will be arraigned in court on Monday on an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge after a fatal crash in Loudon. At just before 11 p.m. on June 16, 2019, the New Hampshire State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit was requested to Bee Hole Road for a single-vehicle crash. A Chevrolet Equinox was traveling north "when it failed to negotiate a left-hand curve and veered off the roadway to the right," according to Sgt. Greg Dube of the NHSP.
"The vehicle struck a tree on the front passenger side and then rolled over, eventually coming to rest on its passenger side," he stated.
The driver – Tyler Dempsey, 22, of Loudon – was not injured. There were two passengers in the vehicle. One, the front seat passenger, sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene. His information is being withheld pending family notification. A second passenger – a 21-year-old woman from Loudon – had a minor head injury, was taken to Concord Hospital, and was treated and released.
