Loudon Man Arrested Again
Timothy Landry was charged by Bow Police for stealing a cellphone at a gas station.

A local man with a lengthy criminal history is in more trouble after an incident late last year.
Timothy Landry, 28, of North Village Road in Loudon, was arrested on Jan. 9, 2015, and charged with theft and disorderly conduct.
According to a Concord District Court affidavit, a Bow Police officer was sent to the Alltown gas station on Route 3A to take a report of a man from South Portland, ME, who alleged that his cellphone was stolen.

The man, a commercial truck driver, stated he stopped at the Dunkin’ Donuts for a coffee and was sitting in the lounge area and left his cellphone on the counter “briefly,” but then, walked away to speak to a friend. The driver “witnessed a man walking back and forth several times” near the phone. The man then picked it up and quickly walked to the rear exit of the building.
The driver confronted the man but he denied stealing the phone and left the area, according to the report. The man threatened to call the police and had a friend call the phone number. The phone then rang inside the man’s pants pocket. The truck driver reached into the man’s pocket to get the phone and the alleged thief reportedly yelled, “If you touch me again, I’ll knock you out!”

The two began arguing and people began to gather including a Dunkin’ Donuts employee, who appeared to know the alleged thief. The friend of the truck driver called police while the man sped away in a green pickup truck.
The officer took the driver’s statement and looked up the plate number of the truck, which reportedly belonged to a relative of Landry’s. The next day, the officer spoke to the Dunkin’ Donuts employee and she reportedly stated that the man was Landry, an ex-boyfriend. She stated that she didn’t see him take the phone, according to the report.
The officer checked security camera footage and alleged that the man took the phone. A check of a previous booking photo showed that the man looked “very similar in appearance” to Landry.
A warrant was issued on Dec. 26, 2014, for Landry’s arrest. Police caught up with him on Jan. 9, 2015. He was held in jail and arraigned on Jan. 12.
Landry has been arrested a number of times during the last few years for theft, burglary, receiving stolen property, false report to law enforcement, unsworn falsification, and bench warrants.
