Loudon Man Charged With DWI Again: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Christopher Ryan Porter, born 1994, of Sunapee was arrested at 7:47 p.m. on March 5, 2020, on conduct after an accident and misuse/fail to display plates charges as well as a traffic control violation after an incident on Loudon Road.
Michelle A. Girouard, born 1989, of Barnstead was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on March 4 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and false report to law enforcement charges. At around 4:15 p.m. on Feb. 2, an officer was sent to Target on D'Amante Drive for a theft incident. A store employee at another store accused a woman of being "crouched down on the sidewalk next to the building, ripping tags off items," according to an affidavit. The items, the employee said, appeared to be makeup and clothes. The employee informed Target employees about the woman. Target employees eyed security video and called police. In the affidavit, the officer said she watched the video and accused Girouard placing and returning items to shelves and then, placing items in a bag. The officer identified the woman as Girouard due to a previous "suspicious person" call outside a sandwich shop on Loudon Road, where the woman identified herself as "Chantel," according to the report. After making some calls, including to family members, the officer was able track down Girouard's real name and filed an affidavit for her arrest.
Gary Douglas Beaton, born 1951, of Chichester was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on March 4 on a breach of bail charge after an incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Nakeisha S. Brown, born 1986, of Chelsea, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on March 2 on forgery and theft by deception charges after an incident on Main Street.
James Peter Melchionno, born 1976, of Northfield was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on March 1 on a simple assault charge at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Mark Fahy, born 1955, of Loudon was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on March 1 on a driving while intoxicated-second offense charge after an incident on North Main Street.
Jeffrey Clark, born 1985, of Rumney received a summons at 11:01 a.m. on Feb. 19 on a disorderly conduct charge after an incident on Hall Street.
Jacob Connor Sherman, born 2000, of Pembroke was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on Feb. 27 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident on Loudon Road at NY Smoke & Vape.
Brianna Lynn Weller, born 1990, of Laconia was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on Feb. 26 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident on Loudon Road.
Mark Campbell, 44, homeless in Concord was arrested on a criminal trespass charge at 3:24 a.m. on Feb. 26 after an incident at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. According to a report, a store employee accused Campbell of repeatedly requesting free coffee and she wanted him moved along. When the officer told Campbell to leave, he did, according to the report. A few minutes later, dispatch informed the officer that Campbell had previously been trespassed from the store and needed to be charged. The officer went looking for him and found him on Loudon Road. Campbell was arrested and held without bail due to being out on bail from Feb. 25 after being placed in pretrial services.
Robert M. Thomas, born 1989, of Manchester was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on Feb. 25 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Christ the King Parish on South Main Street.
