Concord Man Arrested On ID, Credit Card Fraud Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Lindsay Simon, born 1988, of Concord, was arrested on a warrant at 9:04 p.m. on Feb. 18 on Fisherville Road.

Daniel Charles Stevens, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 10:18 p.m. on Feb. 16 on a bench warrant after an incident at Concord Gardens.

Jerry A. Carrier, born 1989, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. on Feb. 14 on a felony habitual offender charge after an incident on North Main Street near TD Bank.

Richard A. Stebbins, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on Feb. 12 on disorderly conduct and false public alarm charges after an incident on North Main Street. He was arrested again at 6 a.m. on Feb. 13 on a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Glen Ray Blodgett Jr., born 1966, of Concord was arrested at 4:31 a.m. on Feb. 12 on a bench warrant after an incident at Panera Bread on Fort Eddy Road.

Kally R. Vigneault, born 2001, of Concord received a summons at 7 p.m. on Feb. 11 on a prohibited sale of alcohol charge after an incident at the Kwik Stop Mobil on Loudon Road.

Brandy Ann Hager, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on a bench warrant, a warrant, and two possession of controlled drug charges. Also arrested was Jason Thomas Cooper, born 1985, of Concord a breach of bail charge. They were arrested after an incident on Pillsbury Street.

Mark Campbell, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 5:22 p.m. on Jan. 25 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000, loitering or prowling, disorderly conduct, and criminal threatening charges after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Elijah J. Fox-Israelson, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 9:43 a.m. on Jan. 25 on identity fraud, credit card fraud-less than $1,000, and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000. He was arrested after police headquarters.

Jonathan Henry George, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 4:42 p.m. on Jan. 24 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Marshalls on Storrs Street.

Joshua Eric Partridge, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Jan. 22 on a possession of methamphetamine charge. He was arrested along the railroad tracks between Storrs Street and Stickney Avenue.
