Information about the case is limited, but on the night in question, police were sent to the Dunkin’ Donuts on Manchester Street for a report of a person who had been shot on Garvins Falls Road earlier in the evening. The suspect reportedly fled the area but was later found holed up in a home nearby, the scene of a previous assault he was accused of being involved with months before. He was arrested several hours later.

As previously reported on Patch, Jesse James Sullivan is a felon due to an escape charge conviction when he was in his teens. His criminal record dates back more than 15 years and includes convictions for weapon charges, assault by a prisoner, gun application, first-degree assault, and several other charges. Jesse James Sullivan was also reportedly a member of the Brothers of White Warriors (BOWW), a white supremacist gang in the Granite State.

Originally brought to Concord District Court, the case was boundover to Merrimack County Superior Court on March 7. On April 12, the court agreed to seal motions.

A dispositional conference hearing will be held on June 6.

The indictments were handed down on May 17 and released to the pubic Thursday.
