Manchester Man Charged With Criminal Threatening Again: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Kelsey Briggs, born 1990, homeless in Concord was arrested at 9 p.m. on July 13, 2020, on two possession of controlled drug charges and a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge after an incident at Target on D'Amante Drive.

James Paul Ryan, born 1972, of South Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on July 10 on an indecent exposure-gross lewdness charge after an incident on 80 Storrs St.

Cory Scott Holton, 41, of Concord was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on July 8 on a felony operate after certified as a habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension charges on Airport Road. In April 2018, he was convicted of controlled drug; acts prohibited and habitual offender charges in Merrimack County Superior Court after an incident in September 2017. Holton is due back in court Aug. 13.

Jesse J. Sullivan, 39, of Northfield was arrested at 5 a.m. on July 7 on a warrant after an incident on Loudon Road. Sullivan was arrested again at 1:40 p.m. on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug as well as stalking and violation of a protective order charges after an incident on Loudon Road near Burns Road. Previously, Sullivan was convicted on a compounding charge in Tilton in September 2012 and controlled drug; acts prohibited, driving after revocation or suspension, and reckless operation in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in December 2015 after being arrested on drunken driving and other charges in Nashua that same year.

Stephen D. Radzik, born 1954, received a summons at 11:50 a.m. on July 5 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident near 8 Loudon Road.

Frank Musa Seba, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on July 3 on false report to law enforcement and disobeying an officer charges. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Parshu R. Katel, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 10:15 p.m. on July 1 on a driving under the influence-second or third offense charge and an open container violation after an incident at 125 Loudon Road.

Paul H. Lessard, 57, of Manchester was arrested at 9:59 a.m. on June 30 on a criminal threatening-deadly weapon charge after an incident in Loudon Road. Lessard was arrested in February on criminal threatening and harassment charges in Concord. That case is still active. He is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 6.
