Concord Men Arrested On Criminal Threatening Weapon Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Asende Alinoti, born 1988, of Concord was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on March 5, 2020, on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at 7-Eleven on Loudon Road.

Mikhayla A. Stevens, born 1998, of Concord received a summons at 9:31 p.m. on March 4 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on Interstate 93 South at the Exit 13 onramp. Also arrested was Sean K. Omara, born 1971, homeless in Concord on a warrant.

Cayle T. Castor, born 1987, of Concord was arrested at 11:51 a.m. on March 4 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident on South Main Street.

Arthur Augusto Foss, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on March 2 on two warrants at the Concord bus depot on Stickney Avenue.

Nathaniel Scott Doyle, born 1991, of Pembroke received a summons at 5:09 p.m. on March 1 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on South Main Street.

Felicia Rae Savoie, born 1990, of Concord was arrested at 3:52 a.m. on March 1 on two simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident on Hampshire Drive.

Kevin M. Hull, 32, of Fisherville Road in Concord was arrested at 8:07 p.m. on Feb. 29 on a bench warrant after an incident on Summer Street in Penacook. Officers were sent to Summer Street in Penacook for a report of a past tense trespass incident. While heading to the area, dispatch reported a man in a sweatshirt, who appeared to be impaired, tried entering a woman's home. The woman's husband confronted the man and got him out of the home, the report said. The reporting officer recalled a similar call about six months before to a neighboring home and that the officer made contact with a man, who was intoxicated, and arrested him on warrants. After interviewing the couple, the officer canvassed the area and came across a man matching the description of the man accused of being in the home. "The male subject staggered back and forth and slurred his speech so heavily I could not understand him," the officer said. The man, identified as Hull, "would not answer my questions about his whereabouts." Hull was arrested on an electronic bench warrant and held without bail.

Wendy J. Hill, born 1966, of Tilton was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on Feb. 28 on a theft charge after an incident at Ocean State Job Lot on D'Amante Drive.

Paul H. Lessard, born 1963, of Concord was arrested at 8:32 p.m. on Feb. 26 on harassment and criminal threatening-conduct with a firearm charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

Dennis Ronald Bourque, born 1954, of Concord was arrested on a DUI charge at 1:04 a.m. on Feb. 26 after an incident on Centre Street.
