Concord Woman With Priors Arrested On 5 Drug Dealing Charges: Log

Local man arrested on numerous assault charges; Loudon man charged with drunk driving; Epsom and Laconia residents picked up on warrants.

CONCORD, NH — William P. Moran, born 1974, of Concord, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. on June 30, 2019, on a driving while intoxicated charge on Loudon Road near the McDonald's Restaurant.

Emmanuel Muhire, born 1990, of Concord, received a summons at 11:05 p.m. on June 30, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge at the Morning Star Condominiums on Loudon Road.

Charles F. Soltani, born 1995, of Epsom, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on June 28, on a bench warrant. He was arrested in the area of Eel and Canal streets in Penacook.

Kehley Marie Smith, pictured, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 8 p.m. on June 27 and charged with five counts of sale of a controlled drug. At least one of the alleged incidents was on Commercial Street.

Michael C. Johnson, born 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 3:56 a.m. on June 27, and charged with four counts of second-degree assault, seven counts of simple assault, and three counts of domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested on the South Main and Hall streets area of the city.

Paul E. Tobin, born 1965, of Loudon, was arrested on two driving while intoxicated charges at 1:29 a.m. on June 26, by the fields on Sheep Davis Road.

Stephen D. Radzik, born 1954, of Concord, was arrested at noon on June 24, on a driving while intoxicated-second offense charge at the Irving on Pleasant Street.

Clifford R. Reitsma, born 1981, of Laconia, was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:35 p.m. on Feb. 6.
