Manchester, Nashua Residents Arrested During Everett Turnpike Saturation Patrol: NH State Police Roundup

CONCORD, NH — Ten people were arrested on Sunday night as part of a “saturation patrol” of the Everett Turnpike.

During what state police called “a high-visibility patrol aimed at impaired and aggressive drivers,” 115 vehicles were stopped. Sixty-eight citations were handed out and 10 people were arrested.

They included Rene Johnson, 46, of Manchester, on an outstanding bench warrant; Nikkita Noy Thoueithaisong, 21, of Nashua, on a charge of suspended registration; William Hurd, 37, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, on operating after suspension-subsequent and license required charges; David LaPierre, 63, of Lyndeborough, on a domestic violence-simple assault; Emmanuel Deng, 19, of Nashua, on a charge of operating after suspension; Juleigh Mae Belanger, 21, of Manchester, on an outstanding bench warrant and a charge of operating after suspension; Mason Tanner, 19, of Nashua, on possession of marijuana-less than three-quarters of an ounce, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, and speeding more than 26 mph over the limit; Audrina Lyndi Jernigan, 17, of Manchester, on a charge of reckless driving; Matheus Santos Lehmkuhl, 23, of Manchester, on charges of operating without a valid license, open container, and negligent operation charges; and Cristian David Fernandez Gamarra, 29, of Manchester, on a charge of operating after suspension.

“Troopers will continue to conduct these types of enforcement efforts to improve road safety for all residents and visitors,” a report stated.

Troopers Searching For Tow Truck Possibly Involved In Crash

State police seek tips in a hit-and-run crash case from Feb. 19.

Around 10:20 p.m., troopers were sent to the area of Mile Marker 9.6 on Interstate 93 north in Derry for a report of a crash with a suspect fleeing the scene.

According to a preliminary investigation, a 2025 Mazda CX-9 driven by a man from Taunton, Massachusetts, collided with another vehicle, possibly a tow truck, that failed to stop. The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

During the investigation, Derry and Windham police assisted state troopers. Two lanes of the highway were closed for around two hours.
