Marshals Searching For Woman Accused Of Selling Methamphetamine

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for tips and information about a woman accused of drug dealing who failed to appear at a court sentencing.
Alacia Renee Linville is 25, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs 125 lbs. She has green eyes and brown hair. Linville has tattoos on her left shoulder and hand, left thigh, and right forearm and hand. Originally from Massachusetts, she has been known to use the alias "Alacia Schmitz," according to Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal.
"Linville is wanted by Belknap County for failing to appear for a plea and sentencing on (two) charges of sale of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine," he said. "Linville was last known to reside in Franklin, NH, but has ties to family, friends and associates in Laconia, Northfield, and Manchester."

The warrant for Linville's arrest was issues on Aug. 10 out of Belknap County Superior Court.
According to court documents, Linville was arrested in Tilton on a felony possession charge in November 2018 and on the meth sale charges in Tilton in March 2019. She was indicted on both incidents last year. Linville also has an active felony controlled drug: acts prohibited case out of Hooksett from April 2019 and is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on that charge Sept. 28.
