Chichester Woman Indicted On Fentanyl Dealing Charges: Roundup

Plus: Vermont man indicted on riot charge; Pittsfield woman indicted on second-degree assault charge; numerous Concord drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — Alacia R. Linville, pictured lower left, 24, of Elm Street in Northfield, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine/suboxone charge on April 12, 2019, on West River Road in Hooksett.

Dennis J. Little, lower middle, 57, of Ash Street in Nashua, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on the Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom on Aug. 16.

Jesse Longden, lower right, 34, of Notre Dame in Manchester, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Hooksett on Sept. 2.

Jacob Luce, 22, of Sugarbush Farm Road in Woodstock, Vermont, on second-degree assault and riot charges, both felony. He's accused of punching another person in the face causing bone fractures to his right eye on May 12 in Henniker.

Brandon S. Mancini, 29, of Dale Drive in Hooksett, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of taking a test drive on a vehicle owned by Jay's Auto and Truck Sales in Loudon and not returning it on Sept. 29.

Jason Manley, 30, of Brodeur Street in Concord, on an anti-theft laws, offenses, penalties, felony charge. On June 5, he's accused of applying for a certificate of title for a vehicle he didn't own in Concord.

Mark Marston, 37, homeless, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-suboxone and crime while released on bail controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl/acetyl fentanyl charges. The charges stem from incidents on Aug. 29 and Sept. 16 in Concord.

Melinda McDonald, 39, of Robin Road in Concord, on possession of fentanyl, possession of buprenorphine/suboxone, possession of methamphetamine, possession of lorazepam, and possession of clonazepam charges, all felonies, on Sept. 4 on South State Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Belknap County Superior Court in September 2017.

Shannon McGowan, upper right, 24, of Towle Road in Chichester, on two felony counts of sale of fentanyl and a single count of sale of fentanyl/tramadol on Loudon Road on May 22, May 24 on Franklin Street in Concord, and May 28 on Sheep Davis Road in Pembroke. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a control of premises where a controlled drug was kept in Rockingham County Superior Court in April.

Cynthia Nash, 55, of Fairview Road in Pittsfield, on a felony second-degree assault charge. She's accused of pushing a woman down to the ground in Pittsfield on Aug. 27, causing a wrist fracture.

Laura M. Page, 35, of Pleasant Street in Claremont, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Feb. 20 in Franklin.
