Mass. Woman Arrested After DWI Crash In Seabrook: New Hampshire State Police
Candia man accused of driving 140 mph on Route 101; troop police blotters; and more.

CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire State Police were sent to a Seacoast crash on Saturday where a vehicle had rolled.
On Interstate 95, around 8:30 p.m., troopers and Seabrook fire and rescue teams arrived at the scene of a crash between a 2013 Mazda and a 2013 Acura TL. Witnesses accused the driver of the Mazda, Guiherme Faxina, 22, of Chelsea, Massachusetts, of “traveling at an excessive rate of speed” before rear ending the Acura.
“The Mazda rolled over upon impact and rolled into the woods,” Amber Lagace of the New Hampshire State Police said.

Faxina and a passenger, a woman, were taken to Portsmouth Regional Hospital. The occupants of the Acura were not injured and left the area. Later, Faxina was charged with driving while intoxicated.
Lagace said three lanes of I-95 were closed for around two hours.

All aspects of this crash remain under investigation, but speed and alcohol appear to be factors. State police are requesting anyone who may have witnessed the crash contact Trooper Brian Hanna by email at Brian.D.Hanna@dos.nh.gov.
Infiniti Clocked At 140 MPH
A man from Candia is facing a reckless driving charge after being accused of driving 140 mph on Route 101 on Saturday.
State police arrested Franklyn Julian, 22, around 10:30 p.m. while a trooper on a routine patrol saw him driving a 2010 Infiniti sedan between Exits 8 and 7 in Epping, according to a report.
Julian also cited for solid line violation. He is due in Brentwood Circuit Court on Nov. 1.

Jeanne Elizabeth Andrews, 44, of Lebanon, Maine, was arrested at 10:49 p.m. on Sept. 10 on reckless conduct-deadly weapon, aggravated driving while intoxicated-attempt to elude police, DUI-second offense, driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, and reckless operation charges as well as a warrant and littering and failure to yield to emergency vehicle violations. She was arrested after an incident in Portsmouth.
Dustin J. Howland, 28, of Rochester was arrested at 10:07 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a warrant prior to requisition and a resisting arrest or detention charge after an incident in Portsmouth.
Kristen Bibeau, 53, of Candia was arrested at 8:04 p.m. on Sept. 9 on aggravated driving while intoxicated-0.16+ and DUI charges after an incident in Auburn.
Ronald Joseph Dumont, 43, of Stewartstown was arrested on a warrant at 9:19 a.m. on Sept. 8 in Portsmouth.
Justin A. Beauchesne, 40, of Augusta, ME, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on Sept. 7 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge in Manchester.

A 15-year-old from Manchester was arrested at 9:09 a.m. on Sept. 11 on criminal mischief and resisting arrest or detention charges. Two 16-year-olds from Manchester were also charged with criminal mischief. They were arrested in Manchester.
Joseph A. Dunleavy, 29, of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 9 on driving under the influence and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges. A 17-year-old from Shirley, MA, was also charged with unlawful possession-intoxication and possession-use of tobacco product by a minor. They were charged in Nashua.
Fredy Lopez, 25, of Salem, MA, was arrested at 12:51 a.m. on Sept. 9 on driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges after an incident in Londonderry.
William A. Coleman, 26, of Manchester was arrested at 11:01 p.m. on Sept. 8 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge in Londonderry.
Jeffrey A. Henley, 27, of Keene was arrested on a warrant at 3 p.m. on Sept. 6.

Glenn P. Fulcher, 43, of Sunapee was arrested at 12:27 a.m. on Sept. 11 on a driving under the influence charge and a lane control violaton in Hopkinton.
Shamael Afzaal, 60, of Hopkinton was arrested at 10:34 p.m. on Sept. 10 on a driving under the influence charge in Bow.
Thomas Burke Curran, 56, of Manchester was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on Sept. 10 on driving under the influence and speeding-25+ mph over the 65 limit charges in Bow.
Daniel J. Harris, 34, of Warner was arrested at 12:01 a.m. on Sept. 10 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge in Warner.
Autumn E. Burley, 27, of Laconia was arrested on a warrant at 7:05 p.m. on Sept. 9 in Tilton.
Nicholas Elmer Bashaw, 22, of Bellows Falls, Vermont, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. on Sept. 9 on a driving under the influence charge in Bow. A 33-year-old Bellows Falls, Vermont, man was also taken into protective custody due to alcohol intoxication, according to state police.
Thomas Rafferty, 58, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 2:31 p.m. on Sept. 8 in Concord.
Bradley S. Mobbs, 32, of Loudon was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on Sept. 8 on driving under the influence-second offense, driving without giving proof, driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, and conduct after an accident charges in Canterbury.
Juan F. Abud, 38, of Concord was arrested on a warrant at 12:32 a.m. on Sept. 7 in Concord.
Pramod Khadka, 49, of Manchester was arrested at 11:18 p.m. on Sept. 6 on a reckless operation charge in Hopkinton. A 33-year-old Elmhurst, New York, woman was taken into protective custody due to alcohol intoxication, according to state police.
Brian J. Laroche, 65, of Plantation, Florida, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. on Sept. 6 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge in Canterbury.
Christian Beck, 35, of Salisbury was arrested at 7:41 a.m. on Sept. 6 on felony possession of a controlled drug and driving under the influence charges in Concord.
A 16-year-old from Manchester was arrested at 12:43 a.m. on Sept. 5 on aggravated driving under the influence, DUI, reckless operation, disobeying an officer, unlawful possession-intoxication, and transport alcohol by a minor charges after an incident in Bow.

Aidan Michael Carter, 19, of Windham was arrested at 12:26 a.m. on Sept. 9 on driving under the influence and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges in Ashland.
Evan Robert Soares, 18, of Nashua was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on Sept. 7 on driving under the influence, receiving stolen property-less than $1,000, transport alcohol by a minor, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident in New Hampton.
