Convicted Concord Drug Dealer Indicted On Meth Sales Charges: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Feisel Abdirahman, 39, of Mallets Bay in Winooski, Vermont, on a felony driving under the influence of drugs or liquor-fourth offense. He was accused of driving while intoxicated on Route 3A in Bow on July 3 after being convicted three times in Chittenden County District Court in Vermont during the past 10 years.

Zachary Albert, 40, of an unknown address in Concord, on four counts of sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine, possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-MDA, possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling drugs to an undercover police officer in Concord on March 16, March 23, March 29, and April 27. On June 16, while in a holding cell at police headquarters, he was accused of concealing crack. The MDA drug charge was from an incident on Storrs Street on June 16. At the time he was arrested, he was out on bail. Previously, according to the indictment, Albert was convicted of controlled drugs: acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in September 2016.

Miles Arthur Chadwick Anderson, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix charge in Concord on April 20.

Joshua Barton, 37, of Concord Hill Road in Pittsfield on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing a gun into the woods and near homes in Pittsfield on April 22.

James R. Bean, 49, of Dearborn Road in Northfield on a felony possession of meth charge from March 18 in Hooksett.

Daniel Bibbee, 40, of Ballardvale Drive in White River Junction, VT, on a felony possession of meth charge in Franklin on June 18.

Krystal Black, 33, of Pleasant Street in Claremont on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, lisdexamfetamine and meth, charges on June 3 in Newbury.

Gary Blake, 50, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Concord on Jan. 15.

Autumn E. Burley, 27, of River Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Feb. 16 in Franklin.

Richard Cabral, 37, of Pleasant Street in Bristol on possession of meth and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on April 24 in Canterbury.

Nicole Anne Callahan, 43, of Cottage Street in Concord on a felony second degree assault charge. She was accused of strangling another person on June 7 in Concord.

Mark T. Carroll, 43, of Lantern Lane in Epsom on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 1, 2021, in Concord.

Robert Chestnut, 25, of Maple Street in Newport on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a Dodge Ram owned by another person in Newbury on Dec. 21, 2021.
