Tilton Man Arrested on Theft Charge Again: Log

CONCORD, NH — Jack Adair, 40, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. on Aug. 30, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at Speedway on North Main Street.

Davon Turner, 25, of Goodhue Road in Boscawen, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on Aug. 30, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Village Street in Penacook.

Dexter B. Heath, 72, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on Aug. 30, 2016, for aggravated driving while intoxicated and two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on I-393.

Sarah Al Al Khulaifawi, 19, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 30, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at the 7-Eleven on Loudon Road.

David R. Snell, 28, of Pitman Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2016, on four bench warrants. He was arrested at home.

Jordan R. Wilkinson, 19, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Aug. 31, 2016, for unlawful possession of alcohol. She was arrested on Branch Turnpike.

Eugene R. Dufield, 76, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on Aug. 31, 2016, for criminal trespass. He was arrested on Village Street in Penacook.

Mark R. Reed, 20, of King Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on Aug. 31, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on Village Street in Penacook near the Manor Fire Station.

James P. Putnam, 30, pictured, of Dunlop Drive in Tilton, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on Aug. 31, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident at Target on D’Amante Drive.

Andrea A. Turmel, 49, of Cole Street in Berlin, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2016, on three counts of default or breach of bail conditions.

Donald R. Boulanger Jr., 66, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested on Loudon Road near the Concord Fire Department.

William E. Beatty, 40, of Manchester Street in Manchester, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Aug. 31, 2016, for theft by deception after an alleged incident at Lowes on Fort Eddy Road.
