New Hampshire Woman Indicted In Bow Stabbing Case: Court
Plus: Northfield man indicted on strangulation charges; Mass. woman indicted on Medicaid fraud; Concord felon indicted for shank possession.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Derek Abbott, 31, of Lower Main Street in Sunapee on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of drunken driving and crashing a Dodge pickup truck on Interstate 89 in New London on Oct. 7, 2020, and causing numerous injuries to himself.
Keith Acciavatti, 49, with a last known address of School Street in Stoughton, Massachusetts, on second-degree assault and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of causing facial fractures while assaulting a man in Newbury on Oct. 15, 2020, and then, accused of stealing the man's pickup truck on Oct. 15, 2020, in Loudon.

Tina Allen, 46, of Pleasant Street in Newburyport, MA, on two counts of theft by deception, two counts of Medicaid Fraud-false claims, and two counts of Prohibited Acts-presenting false records. She was accused of working in concert with Michael Maggiacomo to make claims for services that Alerion Corporation provided personal care and services that were never provided.
Sandra Anzalone, 43, of West Bow Street in Franklin on two felony possession of controlled drug-alprazolam, zolpidem charges on Oct. 23, 2020, on West Bow Street in Franklin.

Juan L. Backus, 40, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing a homemade knife or "shank" on Feb. 17 after being convicted on felonious sexual assault.
Marcus Basiliere, 28, of Cove East Road in Wakefield on operate after certified habitual offender and receiving stolen property, both felonies. He was accused of stealing a GMC truck on Jan. 12 in Epsom and driving it on Gauthier Drive.
Heather Behnken, 43, of Bell Avenue in Hooksett on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Dec. 11, 2020, in Hooksett.
Courtney C. Bennett, 27, of River Street in Franklin on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug-heroin-subsequent offense charges on July 14, 2020, in Franklin.
Paul Bittick, 28, of Bean Hill Road in Northfield on one count of domestic violence and four counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence, all felonies. He was accused of punching a woman causing an orbital fracture as well as strangling her several times and causing her to lose consciousness between Jan. 16 and Jan. 17 in North Sutton.
Michael Bliss, 35, of Lowden Road in Center Barnstead on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Dec. 10, 2020, in Chichester.
Christopher Blodgett, 46, a homeless man now located in Boscawen, on a felony criminal mischief charges. He was accused of smashing a display case, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage, at the McDonald's Restaurant in Concord on Dec. 24, 2020.
Cassandra Boardman, 28, of Blueberry Hill Park in Charlestown on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of stabbing another person with a knife on March 14, 2020, in Bow.
