Operation Granite Hammer, Other Drug Indictments Issued: Roundup
Concord man indicted on burglary charge, teen indicted for stealing a Corolla, Manchester, Franklin, Keene women indicted on drug charges.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in February.
Jack Adair, 41, pictured upper right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine. On Jan. 12, 2017, he was allegedly in possession of the drug after a bust on Hall Street. Adair was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Concord District Court in November 2016.

Troy Alexander, 18, a homeless man now located in Franklin and/or Lincoln, for felony receiving stolen property – a Toyota Corolla that allegedly belonged to another person – and operating without a valid license after a motor vehicle stop on Sargent Street in Northfield on Jan. 11, 2017.
Amy Audette, 31, pictured upper left, of Orchard Street in Manchester, for sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin and sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl. On Nov. 9, 2016, while allegedly working in concert with Logan Janas, she allegedly assisted with a transaction in the Bass Pro Shop parking lot in Hooksett.

Randy Barton, 47, pictured right center, of Lazy Pines Drive in Loudon, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on Sept. 1, 2016, on East Side Drive in Concord.
Jean Beaulieu, 45, pictured lower left, of Fisherville Road in Concord, and Weare, for felony accomplice/principle to burglary. On Oct. 25, 2016, while allegedly aiding Tyler Payne, they hit a home on Center Road in Bradford.
Alexander Bell, 42, of Prospect Street in Franklin, for robbery, theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property, all felonies, as well as criminal trespass and assault. On Jan. 17, 2017, he allegedly trespassed at a location on Elkins Street in Franklin, tackled a man to the ground, and robbed him, according to the indictment, while stealing a lighter, knife, and flashlights. Bell was previously convicted of theft in February 2007 in Franklin District Court and in Carroll County Superior Court in March 2012.
Courtney Bennett, 22, pictured upper center, of River Road in Franklin, for felony sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly in the area of McDonald’s on Fisherville Road in Concord on June 28, 2016. Previously, Bennett was convicted of possession in Franklin District Court in January 2016.
Derek Benwell, 29, pictured lower center, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Aug. 6, 2015, in the area of Montgomery Street in Concord. Previously, he was convicted of controlled drug acts prohibited in August 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.
Lance Boudreau, 30, pictured lower right, of Rimmon Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, after a drug raid on Jan. 12, 2017, on Hall Street in Concord.
Donald Boulanger, 66, a homeless man now located in Concord, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Nov. 8, 2016, in Concord.
Sara Bourke, 30, of Meadow Road in Keene and Concord, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on March 31, and Dec. 6, 2016, in Concord.
