Concord Woman Arrested Twice In 15 Hours On Assault Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — Tammy Lee King, 39, of Concord was arrested at 2:27 a.m. on Feb. 24 on possession of a controlled drug and two simple assault charges. The drug charge was connected to an incident on Loudon Road and the assault charges were from an incident on North Main Street. She was arrested again at 6:20 p.m. on Feb. 24 on stalking, simple assault, and breach of bail charges. Officers were sent to a Loudon Road apartment complex for a report of a disturbance and possible threat incident, according to an affidavit. The reporting officer met with a woman, King, who stated she got into an altercation with three other people while leaving the building. The officer then spoke with the three other people. One, a woman, had an active stalking order against King, the affidavit stated. The officer checked it and found it was active since June 2020. The woman accused King of being "outside her apartment window." The officer checked the distance from where the woman claimed King was and the apartment and found it to be within the 300 feet protection order, the report stated. Another woman who was in the party of three claimed King punched her in the face. The left side of the woman's face, the report stated, was swollen and bruised. The third person, a man, said he witnessed the assault, the affidavit said. A check of King found that she was also arrested earlier in the day and was out on bail. She was then arrested and held. King is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on March 31 for arraignment on the drug charge. Previously, according to court documents, she was found guilty on a drug charge out of Manchester in September 2019.

James Bub Bullock, 49, of Concord received a summons at 9:06 a.m. on Feb. 24 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Fisherville Road. He has active drug charges out of Concord making their way through superior court. Bullock was also convicted on drug possession charges in May 2019 and April 2020, when he was also convicted on a violation of probation or parole charge.

Michael E. Mailhot, 39, of Hillsboro was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 23 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on South Main Street.

Sean Jeremy Milne, 41, of Concord was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Feb. 23 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Storrs Street.

Sandra Ellen Anzalone, 43, of Franklin was arrested at 8:22 p.m. on Feb. 22 on criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking charges. The theft charge was elevated to a felony due to two prior convictions. The charges stem from an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Anzalone also has active drug possession charges out of Franklin from October 2020 and December 2020. She is due back in superior court on March 26.

Erin C. Gillan, born 1985, of Cedarville, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on Feb. 21 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Hall Street.

Roxanne Jane Quaile, 43, of Franklin was arrested at 4:02 a.m. on Feb. 20 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident on Heartwood Lane. She has an active drug possession charge out of Franklin making its way through superior court and has also been accused of violation of probation or parole after being convicted on drug possession, deal-possess prescription drugs, and driving after revocation or suspension charges in September 2020 out of Franklin.

Lance C. Vivian, born 1993, of Concord was arrested at 10:02 a.m. on Feb. 19 on a simple assault charge. He was arrested after an incident at Neuro International on Loop Road.

Heather E. Hodgdon, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Feb. 18 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, as well as a carrying or selling weapons charge. She was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
