Felon Indicted On Armed Career Criminal, Handgun Charges: Court

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Dylan J. Mathews, 23, of Maple Street in Pembroke on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving a vehicle at a high rate of speed on Franklin streets while attempting to flee from police on April 27, 2020.

Marilyn McCormack, 47, of Bailey Drive in Boscawen on three felony possession of a controlled drug charges, clonazepam, buprenorphine, and methamphetamine, on Aug. 27, 2020, on Interstate 93 in Bow.

Wayne McMann, 48, of Penacook Street in Concord on a felony sale of methamphetamine charge. He was accused of selling the drug on North State Street in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, McMann was convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in March 2019.

Larz Menard, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Nov. 7, 2020, in Concord.

John Mesquita, 43, incarcerated in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord at the time of the indictment, on felony armed career criminal and felon in possession of a weapon counts. He was accused of being in possession of a Smith & Wesson 9 mm pistol on Jan. 23, 2019, in Concord. Mesquita is a felon due to burglary in January 2006. He was also convicted on second-degree assault and armed robbery charges in February 2013.

Lindsay Nickerson, 28, of Pako Avenue in Keene on motor vehicles; penalties and two possession with intent to distribute-subsequent, fentanyl and psilocin charges. She was accused of being in possession of the drugs and driving while deemed a habitual offender on Aug. 15, 2020, on Gallen Street in Concord.

Juan Arce, 32, of Sullivan Street in Manchester on two counts of possession of a controlled drug, amphetamine-dextroamphetamines and clonazepam, and two counts of possession of a narcotic drug, oxycodone and suboxone, all felonies, on Bell Avenue in Hooksett on March 24, 2020.

Erika Barlow, 30, of Pacific Boulevard in Nashua on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on June 22, 2020, in Pembroke. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted on acts prohibited.

Rebecka Bean, 28, of Edgewood Drive in Belmont on three sale of narcotic drug charges. She was accused of selling buprenorphine at Keach Park in Concord on Oct. 22, 2019, and on Loudon Road in Concord on Oct. 25, and Nov. 6, 2019.

Alexander Bell, 46, of Prospect Street in Franklin on a felony receiving stolen property charge — a motor vehicle registration plate on Aug. 20, 2020, in Franklin after previously being convicted twice of theft.

Courtney C. Bennett, 27, of River Street in Franklin on felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth, charge, committed while on release, on Oct. 8, 2020, in Franklin.

Christopher Blodgett, 47, a homeless man now located in Boscawen, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing two bottles of Mountain Dew at Cumberland Farms in Boscawen after being convicted twice before on theft charges in Concord and Belknap County.
