NH Fugitive, Gal Pal, Bagged In Manchester
Breaking: Kyle Joyce and Melinda Braley were arrested after numerous tips led U.S. Marshals to Queen City Avenue this afternoon.
CONCORD, NH — This week’s New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week, a suspect wanted on numerous charges after allegedly skipping a court date, was arrested this afternoon along with his girlfriend, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. It was two for the price of one on Queen City Avenue in Manchester today after “multiple tipsters” reportedly saw Kyle Bernard Joyce, 31, and reported the sitings to the task force, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. Marshals told Manchester Police and patrol units quickly arrested him on July 27, 2017, along with Melinda Braley, 36, his girlfriend, who also had several outstanding warrants.

They were arrested in the area of Bronstein Park in Manchester and transported to headquarters for processing and holding.

“Joyce had been wanted on five outstanding Belknap County warrants for failing to appear on charges of forgery, fraud, counterfeiting and bail jumping,” White stated. “Additionally, Joyce had a Hillsborough County warrant for larceny, as well as several misdemeanor warrants for theft related offenses. Braley had a Belknap County warrant for failing to appear on drug offenses.”
In a statement, U.S. Marshal David L. Cargill Jr. thanked police as well as tipsters for their assistance.

“Thank you to the hard work of the men and women of the Manchester Police Department, they were able to locate and arrest two fugitives very quickly,” Cargill said. “We are thankful for the high-quality tips that were received today, which greatly accelerated the investigation which led to the safe arrests of both Joyce and Braley.”
This was the second fugitive arrest in 24 hours thanks to tips, according to White. Amy Beth Tremblay was arrested in Haverhill, MA, yesterday.
