CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is again searching for a convicted child rapist who is wanted on warrants for duty to report and a parole violation. Ronald William Duby Jr., 46, is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, and weighs around 215 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

Duby has been known to use the alias "Ron Duby." He has tattoos on his right wrist and upper left and right arms, as well as a noticeable scar on his left cheek. The warrants against Duby were issued earlier this month by Nashua police and the state parole board.

"Duby is wanted for failing to register as a sex offender and a parole violation for the same charge," said Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal. "Mr. Duby was last known to be living in the Nashua, NH, area where he has friends and family."

Duby is required to register as a sex offender after being convicted on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault on a child under 13 and a single count of felonious sexual assault on a child under 16 in Windsor County, Vermont, in July 1995.

A little more than two years ago, Duby was a fugitive of the week for failing to appear in court on a duty to report charge. He was arrested a few days later in Massachusetts – while singing in a karaoke contest in a Chelmsford bar, after being recognized as an active fugitive by a patron of the establishment. Duby was arrested by Nashua police in March 2016 for failure to register, according to a post on Patch.
