New Hampshire Man, Arrested On Drug Distribution Charges, Now Accused Of Bail Violations
Nicholas Cummings was charged with possessing and distributing controlled substances and released. Now, he's wanted for bail violations.

CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help finding a man last known to be living in Nashua accused of violating bail multiple bail conditions.
Nicholas Cummings is 30, about 6 feet, 1 inch tall, and weighs around 270 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes. Andrew Grillo, a deputy marshal, said Cummings has several tattoos, including a tribal symbol on his arm, the words “Live Little” on his neck, and various other tattoos on his right front arm, right hand, and left front arm.
“After charges were filed for possessing and distributing controlled substances in April,” he said, “Cummings was released on bail with conditions meant to manage his drug use and community interaction. Unfortunately, Cummings’ violations center around evidence of repeated drug use and failures to comply with court-ordered programs.”

The warrant for Cummings’ arrest was issued on Sept. 23.
Cummings is a native of Nashua and has “strong local ties there,” Grillo said.

Anyone who knows where Cummings is or sees someone who looks like him should contact the police or the task force at 603-225-1632.
According to superior court records, Cummings has several active cases. In October 2020, he was accused of four counts of controlled drug act: acts prohibited in Merrimack. He was arrested on drug possession and theft charges on June 19 and July 14, 2021, after being accused of stealing lumber from Home Depot in Nashua. In September 2021, he was accused of controlled drug: acts prohibited-criminal liability for the conduct of another in Nashua. Cummings was due back in Hillsborough County Superior Court South for a plea and sentencing for those cases on Nov. 15.
In June 2021, he was accused of 14 counts of drug dealing and possession charges in Nashua. That case was nolle prossed in April.
