Nashua Man Indicted On Stabbing, Robbery Charges: Court

Litchfield man accused of dealing fentanyl in Merrimack; Milford teen indicted on knife threat charge; Hollis man faces cop threat charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South recently.

Lawrence Connolly, 38, of Kiln Drive in Litchfield on two felony counts of possession of a controlled with intent to sell-fentanyl on May 28 in Merrimack. He was accused of acting in concert with Nicole Cangimilla.

Dylan Conroy, 26, of Speare Road in Hudson on a felony kidnapping charge. He was accused of detaining a child in a Hudson home on May 20.

Ryan Cooper, 30, of Watson Hill Road in Raymond on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche, which he knew to probably be stolen, and attempting to steal a catalytic converter on June 23 in Nashua.

Jorden Creighton, 19, of Federal Hill Road in Milford on reckless conduct and domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening a woman with a knife stating, “I’m going to kill you,” on Feb. 11 in Milford.

John Crowley, 38, of Silver Lake Road in Hollis on reckless conduct and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of grabbing a metal bar and threatening two officers and then attempting to drive into them on June 20 in Hollis.

Nicholas Cummings, 29, of Ponderosa Avenue in Nashua on 13 controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges — fentanyl and methamphetamine between April 29 and June 11.

Melissa Daigle, 47, of Charity Road in Hudson on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. She was accused of purposely removing her license from a police officer’s DWI arrest packet on May 5 in Hudson.

Luis Del Valle Velazquez, 37, of Palm Street in Nashua on first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of stabbing another person during a robbery on June 13 in Nashua.

Crystal DiFranco, 28, of Elm Street in Manchester on a possession of meth charge in Merrimack on June 5.

Kyle Dunn, 47, of Lafayette Avenue in East Orange, New Jersey, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of stealing a pair of Timberland boots and sunglass from Sunglass Hut on May 5 in Merrimack. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.

Michael Foye, 45, of Webster Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing electrical wire valued at more than $1,500 from Lowe’s in Nashua on May 21.

Bobby Gagnon, 64, of Bell Street in Nashua on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of not registering his phone number with Nashua police on Nov. 19, 2019.

Troy Gay, 55, of Allison Street in Concord on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. He was accused of exercising control of a Fit-Lab Key FOB and a wallet on March 9 in Hudson. Twice before, the indictment stated, he was convicted of theft twice before.
