Hudson Woman Accused Of Threatening A Man With A Gun: Court
MA woman faces burglary, theft charges; man indicted on 9 reckless conduct charges; Manchester woman accused of drug dealing in Merrimack.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
James Cranshaw, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing Bianchi, Cannondale, Giant, and Specialized bicycles between Dec. 5, 2002, and Jan. 5 in Merrimack.
Nicholas Cummings, 29, of Ponderosa Avenue in Nashua on felony theft by unauthorized taking, lumber, from Home Depot in Nashua on June 19 and felony possession of fentanyl on July 14 in Nashua.

Audra Deluca, 40, of Asbury Way in Lowell, Massachusetts, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and burglary charges, both felonies. She was accused of entering JCPenny in Nashua when it was closed on July 6 and stealing merchandise.
Rafael De La Cruz, 26, of Haines Street in Nashua on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving on Canal Street on April 4 and on Burke Street on May 4 in Nashua after being certified a habitual offender.

Jason Dessureault, 39, of Boston Post Road in Amherst on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of selling a vehicle to another person that he did not have a title to on May 22 in Milford.
Jacob Dionne, 24, of Paige Avenue in Nashua on two felony motor vehicles; penalties charges. He was accused of driving on Main Street on Feb. 26 and Concord Street on July 21 in Nashua after being certified a habitual offender.
Yue Doucette, 51, of Bush Hill Road in Hudson on a felony domestic violence charge. She was accused of threatening to shoot a man with a handgun on June 24 in Hudson.
Anthony Earl, 31, of Sanborn Street in Danville on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on May 7 after being certified a habitual offender.
Christine Egan, 35, of Temblay Way in Brookline on a felony theft of services charge. She was accused of purposely obtaining services from another woman in Brookline and then, stopping payment on the check.
Alivia Fabrizo, 20, of Main Street in Manchester on a felony theft by deception charge. She was accused of depositing fraudulent checks into her credit union account in Nashua on Dec. 2, 2020.
James Farrell, 38, of Spalding Avenue in Nashua on five felony counts of controlled drug-fentanyl, morphine charges between March 1 and July 19 in Nashua.
Shaina Fernandez, 35, of Orange Street in Manchester on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute on April 16 in Merrimack.
Jose Flores, 24, of Myrtle Street in Nashua on nine felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of acting in concert with others by driving them while they shot a firearm on Fifield Street and put residents in danger.
