Concord Cop Log: Man Charged with 17 Counts of Credit Card Fraud

Plus, after crash in Bow, Contoocook man arrested on Hall Street; at overdose, alleged heroin dealer arrested.

Joseph M. McGranaghan, 19, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. on March 13, 2015, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court for nonpayment of fine, $509 cash to settle. Eric Lassonde, of Pleasant Street in Concord was also issued a summons for operating without a valid license. Police stopped a minivan on Fowler Street in Penacook after it was driving slowly around the travel circle on Village Street. The driver, Lassonde, reportedly told the officer that he was lost and looking for Community Drive. He didn’t have a license so he was issued a summons and is due in court on April 13. McGranaghan, a passenger, had an active warrant and was arrested.

Dawna J. Granfield, 32, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on March 13, for suspended registration after a traffic stop on North State Street for driving a Toyota with a headlight that was out. Her registration was suspended in January for cancellation of insurance. Granfield is due in court on April 20.

Darryl S. Boucher, 49, of Hunter Court in Belmont, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on March 12, on a warrant out of the Belknap County Sheriff’s Office for child support. He was arrested on Bog Road.

[Name Withheld], 21, of Fiserhville Road in Concord, was arrested at 1 a.m. on March 12, on possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs charges. An officer stopped a Dodge Durango on North State Street for a defective rear plate light. As the officer approached the vehicle, he “could immediately smell a distinct odor of marijuana coming from within the vehicle.” The driver, [Name Withheld], was asked about the marijuana and reportedly denied smoking and refused to allow his car to be searched. “From there, Bryan became verbally aggressive and hostile, stating that he knew his rights and was not going to allow me to search his car,” the officer alleged. The officer informed him that he didn’t have to consent but the officer could seize the car and apply for a search warrant. [Name Withheld] mother came to the stop and after a brief discussion, he allegedly handed the officer a backpack that contained a digital scale, a glass pipe containing marijuana, and a medicine bottle with marijuana cigarettes. The report stated that this was his fifth time being arrested for marijuana. He’s due in court on April 20.

Jeffrey A. White, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on March 11, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court for breach of bail, $226.88 cash to settle. He was arrested and held without bail.

David King, 60, of Perley Street in Concord, was arrested at 1 a.m. on March 11, on a bench warrant from Concord District Court on March 6, 2015, for nonpayment of fine, $325 cash to settle. Officers were called to Concord Hospital to take custody of King who was transported there earlier in the evening.

Christopher Parker, 32, of Cedar Street in Contoocook, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on March 10, for felony possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, disobeying an officer, and driving after revocation or suspension. An officer parked outside the wastewater treatment plant on Hall Street reportedly saw a Chevrolet Trailblazer going 57 mph in a 35 zone. The vehicle was stopped outside the methadone clinic. When the officer spoke the driver, he reportedly gave the name “John Parker” and then later, “Jonathan Parker.” While checking the license, dispatch reported that there were two cars chasing each other before crashing near Bow Junction and fleeing the scene. The officer asked Parker about this and he reportedly stated that someone cut him off and passed him at the light and he was chasing the other vehicle to get a plate number. The officer noted that there was a lot of damage to the front-end of Parker’s car. He said the damage was from “a while ago” but the officer alleged that it looked fresh. After re-checking the license, the officer found out that it was really Christopher Parker he was speaking to and the driver allegedly admitted as such and was arrested. During a pat down, a small plastic Ziplock bag with three Clonopin tablets allegedly fell to the floor from his waistband. Later, he received a summons from the New Hampshire State Police for conduct after an accident. He’s due in court on April 13.

Kimberly Graham, 26, a homeless woman now located in Concord, received a summons at 6:04 p.m. on March 9, for consumption of liquor on private property after allegedly being caught with an open can of Natty Daddy on the railroad tracks behind the Concord Center. She’s due in court on April 6.

Shawn M. McKay, 37, of Bartlett Street in Allenstown, was arrested at 9:04 a.m. on March 9, on 17 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card in December 2014 at the Citizens Bank on Village Street, the Citizens Bank on Loudon Road, the Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road, and Tedeschi Foods on Village Street. He’s due in court on April 13.

Jamie L. Lunderville, 33, of Pearl Street in Claremont, was arrested at 5:19 a.m. on March 8, on felony sale of controlled drugs and resisting arrest or detention. Concord Fire and Rescue teams as well as police were sent to Thompson Street for a report of an overdose. The man, later identified as Lunderville, was revived with Narcan, but refused to go with firefighters to the hospital for treatment. Police found an active warrant on a felony charge from June 2014 for allegedly selling $120 worth of heroin outside the CVS on North Main Street. Police went to take him into custody and he allegedly began to stiffen and struggle with officers but was eventually cuffed and taken to the ambulance. He’s due in court on April 13.

Tyler S. Lynn, 26, of Silver Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Feb. 21, for driving while intoxicated and transportation or alcohol/open container. An officer on South Main Street saw a black pickup truck “accelerate southbound swerving from the northbound lane to the southbound lane,” while jerking the vehicle and drastically attempting to correct the drifting.” The officer caught up to the vehicle at Water and Hall streets at a red light and alleged that the truck was 10 feet behind the stop line and straddling the lanes. The truck continued to cross over the dotted white line while heading south on Manchester Street and was pulled over at Carlson Motors on Old Turnpike Road. The officer alleged that the driver, Lynn, showed signs of inebriation including speaking slow, lethargically, and slurring his words, and having bloodshot eyes. He allegedly had problems removing his wallet. After being asked to perform a field sobriety test, Lynn allegedly “became agitated” and later, was arrested. An empty 12-ounce can of Bud Light and a flask with liquid in it with an alcohol level of 0.75 were reportedly found in the vehicle.

Timiah L. Wilkins, 17, of Charles Street in Penacook, was arrested at 1:16 a.m. on Feb. 21, on a bench warrant for nonpayment of fines out of Concord District Court on Dec. 22, 2014. She was arrested after a traffic stop on Fisherville Road for a driver’s side brake light and a third brake light that were out. Wilkins is due in court on April 6.
