Alleged Franklin Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Merrimack Superior Court
Prisoner indicted for assault, Penacook teen indicted for fentanyl, habitual offenders from Goffstown, Londonderry, Manchester indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in January.
Timothy Richards, 47, of Pinyon Place in Londonderry, for felony habitual offender. On Aug. 20, 2016, he was allegedly caught driving on the Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom.

Michael Robinson, 26, of Elm Street in Goffstown, for felony habitual offender, two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, methamphetamine, as well as two counts of possession of drugs, disobeying a police officer, operating after suspension, resisting arrest or detention, unregistered vehicle, as misuse of failure to display plates. On Oct. 23, 2016, in Concord, he was stopped on Storrs Street and allegedly gave a false name and birth date to police. Robinson was also allegedly caught in possession of drugs, according to the indictment.
Frank Sargent, 41, pictured center right, of Victory Drive in Franklin, for three counts of sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin and two counts of sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, heroin, all felonies, allegedly in September and October 2016, in Franklin.

Tasha Sargent, 24, pictured center right, of Victory Drive in Franklin, sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, and six counts of conspiracy to commit the crime of sale of narcotic-fentanyl, heroin, allegedly in September and October 2016, in Franklin.
Dakota R. Sawtelle, 23, pictured upper right, of Pine Hill Road in Hollis, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine and escape charges, both felonies. On Oct. 20, 2016, in Hooksett, she was allegedly in possession of drugs and fled from a state trooper after being handcuffed resulting in injuries to the state trooper.
Collin Schwartz, 18, of Boscawen, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for attempted assault by a prisoner, a felony, and criminal threatening, for allegedly stating, “I’m going to get a shank to stab you in your fat gut” or words to that effect while also thrusting a pencil at a second corrections officer at the Merrimack County House of Corrections on Oct. 13, 2016.

Cody Stanford, 20, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, allegedly on May 18, 2016, in Concord.
Shannon E. Timoney, 25, pictured upper left, a homeless woman now located in Concord, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, allegedly on Aug. 17, 2015, in Concord.
Jonathan Torres, 32, of West River Road in Manchester, for felony habitual offender and operating after suspension-subsequent. On Sept. 29, 2016, he was allegedly stopped by New Hampshire State Police on Hooksett Road in Hooksett. Torres was previously convicted for operating after suspension in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 2015.
Jeffrey Tucci, 43, of Douglas Street in Manchester, habitual offender and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, both felonies, as well as unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, disobeying a police officer, allegedly on May 2, 2016, in Concord. Tucci allegedly gave a false name when stopped by police on East Side Drive.
Michelle L. Vergato, 31, of Clough Road in Pittsfield, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin, methamphetamine, fentanyl, and Tramadol, allegedly on Aug. 7, 2016, in Henniker.
Timiah L. Wilkins, 19, pictured upper center, of Charles Street in Penacook, for felony controlled act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, allegedly on April 9, 2016, in Boscawen.
