Officers were sent to the gas station on Whitney Road for a report of suspicious activity. A clerk reported to dispatch that there was a younger woman claiming she and some friends had a vehicle stuck on a dirt path and needed help pulling it out. When officers arrived, they spoke with a man sitting on a picnic bench who stated the vehicle was stuck on the path at the end of Whitney Road. The young woman was in the store and when officers went in to speak with her, they recognized her to be Wilkins from previous incidents. She allegedly showed signs of intoxication and “became agitated” while speaking with police. Wilkins sat down on the curb and allegedly became more agitated, stopped answering questions, and was arrested. However, she allegedly wouldn’t comply with the arrest and would not stand up.
