According to scanner chatter, Concord Police put out information that state police were in the South End at just before noon on June 27, chasing a potential suspect. A perimeter was set up in the neighborhood but later called off when NHSP told Concord that the person they were chasing was not the suspect they were looking for. Dispatch didn’t say if it was Bouchard they were looking for.
