Northfield Woman Cops To Hiding Heroin In Bra: Report
Kristy-Lee Houle was arrested on drug charges and a warrant after a suspicious activity call in the parking lot of Concord's Fairfield Inn.

CONCORD, NH — A woman with 11 active drug charges is now facing three more in superior court after a warrant arrest leads to drug possession charges in the parking lot of a downtown hotel. Around 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 3, officers were sent to the Fairfield Inn on Gulf Street for a report of suspicious activity. Specifically, a woman who was loitering in the area, near three tractor-trailer units.
The reporting officer noticed a woman standing near one of the trucks. When she noticed him, "she started walking toward the (hotel)," the officer wrote in an affidavit. The officer asked the woman, later identified as Kristy-Lee Houle, 37, of Wethersfield Drive in Northfield, why she was walking away, and she said she was looking for a port-o-potty. She also said she had come from the gas station but denied staying at the hotel that night, the affidavit stated. Sometimes, she added, employees let her change her cell phone there, too.
"Houle's story did not make much sense," the officer wrote.

The officer requested an ID and after running a check with dispatch, found that Houle was wanted on three no bail warrants out of Merrimack County Superior Court on three controlled drug: acts prohibited charges. She was then arrested.
When questioned about whether or not she had illegal substances, Houle replied, "heroin and methamphetamine," according to the affidavit. When asked where the drugs were, the affidavit alleged she admitted to having some in a makeup bag and heroin in her bra.

At headquarters, another officer assisted in patting down Houle and taking the baggie out of her bra, the report noted. The affidavit accused her of also having a container of suboxone, which she said was her boyfriend's, which led to three new felony charges.
Houle was held without bail but later that day, a Merrimack County Superior Court judge allowed her to be released on $10,000 cash or corporate surety bail that would be lowered to personal recognizance after allowing herself to be checked into a residential treatment program with electronic monitoring through pretrial services.
According to court records, Houle now has 14 pending drug charges in Merrimack County as well as a bail order charge. She's resolved two drug charges in Rockingham County from October 2018.
Houle is due back in superior court on March 26.
