A woman accused Majoro of chasing her around an apartment but she left and was in the parking lot. Officers arrived at the apartment and spoke to both parties. Majoro, according to the affidavit, presented a Michigan identification to the officers and smelled like alcohol. "I drink every day and I like to drink every day; she gets mad because I drink every day," Majoro explained, the affidavit alleged. An interpreter was called because it was hard for the officer to understand what Majoro was saying, the report noted. Later, the interpreter told the officer Majoro was upset because he and the woman had not had relations in three days. He believed, the affidavit noted, that her genitals belonged to him because of the status of their relationship. The woman accused Majoro of throwing her cell phone from a window, destroying it, the other officer stated. When asked about the phone, Majoro said, "I'm a God-loving man and I can't lie. I did throw her cell phone and it did break," according to the affidavit. Majoro was arrested but was difficult during processing. the officer accused him of turning his head while taking pictures and lifting his hand while being fingerprinted. After numerous attempts, Majoro was handed off to a sheriff's deputy and transported to county without bail.
