Woman Arrested on Burglary, Breach of Bail Charges: Log

Concord Police: Goshen and Pembroke women arrested on theft charges while Concord men were picked up on active warrants.

CONCORD, NH — Scott F. Keegan, 46, of Millstream Lane in Concord, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Trevor M. Truchon, 19, of West Street in Concord, received a summons at 11:35 p.m. on Nov. 8, 2016, for operating without a valid license. He was arrested at the Concord Police Department headquarters.

Benjamin D. Fauteux, 21, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:06 a.m. on Nov. 9, 2016, on four bench warrants. He was arrested on Pleasant Street near the Chi Cha Hookah lounge.

Cole T. Bernard, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:47 a.m. on Nov. 9, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested in Eagle Square.

Pam L. Steenbeke-Adair, 47, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 9, 2016, for burglary and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested after an alleged incident at the Friendly’s Restaurant on Loudon Road.

Joseph F. Schultz, 22, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:18 a.m. on Nov. 9, 2016, for disorderly conduct. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Loudon Road.

Danne M. Rossingnoll-Fredette, 40, of Union Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on Nov. 11, 2016, on a theft charge. She was arrested after an alleged incident at the Dollar General on Fisherville Road.

Robert Frene, 52, of Water Street in Meredith, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Nov. 12, 2016, on a habitual offender charge after a traffic stop on Manchester Street.

Kelly L. Butler, 50, of South Mill Village Road in Goshen, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. on Nov. 12, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at the Dollar General on Fisherville Road.
