Penacook Man Arrested On Stalking, Threatening, Other Charges
Andrew Bruce Davis was arrested twice in seven hours after a domestic violence incident on Washington Street and a stalking incident later.

CONCORD, NH — A local man was arrested twice late last month after first being arrested on domestic violence and other charges, and then allegedly not following his bail requirements, which led to him being arrested again. Police were sent to a report of a domestic disturbance on Washington Street in Penacook late in the afternoon of June 27, and arrested Andrew Bruce Davis, 56, of Washington Street, on domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-criminal threatening, simple assault, and criminal threatening. Davis is accused of assaulting and threatening a woman known to him.
Davis was processed and released on bail under the condition that he stay away from his apartment, according to a court affidavit.
However, about seven hours later, officers were sent back to the building at just after 12:30 a.m. for a report of another domestic disturbance. Dispatch told the officers that Davis was reportedly back at the apartment, and accused of "knocking and banging on the doors and windows."

The reporting officer stated that Davis was at the front entrance of the building and when asked what he was doing, "Davis said he was hungry and needs a place to stay." The officer countered that his bail conditions required him to not be on the property and then went to speak with the victim. The woman she had heard knocking on her apartment door and Andrew's voice a short time before.
"(She) stated, Andrew said, 'I am hungry and need a place to stay. Can you let me in?'," the officer wrote. "(The woman) said she did not answer Andrew, grabbed her phone, and headed to the living room."

After that, she accused Davis of going around to the side of the building to knock on the back door while jiggling the door handle to get in so she called police.
Davis was arrested on June 28, 2019, on charged with stalking, breach of bail, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening and was held without bail.
About five years ago, Davis was arrested twice in one week in November 2014, on a felony burglary charge at the Sam's Food Store on Village Street as well as criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions.
