Refusal To Get Off Concord Height’s Lawn Leads To Trespass Charge: Log

CONCORD, NH — Arthur F. Vigeant, year of birth 1996, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on July 4, 2017, for willful concealment after an alleged incident at the Irving on Pleasant Street.

Brian P. Bergstrom, YOB 1959, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. on July 4, 2017, for criminal trespass. Officers were sent to Herbert Street for a report of an unwanted guest on someone else’s lawn. The officer arrived and spoke to the complainant who reportedly stated that Bergstrom was on his lawn and allegedly refused to leave when asked. Bergstrom allegedly stated that he was going to stay on the lawn so the officer arrested him. He was held and arraigned the next day.

Foday Feika, YOB 1994, of Vn Auker Street in Rochester, NY, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. on July 4, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs after an alleged incident on Bog Road.

Vickie D. Parent, YOB 1972, of Concord, received a summons at 2:35 a.m. on July 4, 2017, on a warrant after an alleged incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Mitchell E. Mullen, YOB 1998, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, was arrested at 1 a.m. on July 4, 2017, for operating without a valid license and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor after a traffic stop on South Main Street near Storrs Street.

John F. Pickering, YOB 1975, of Ormond Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. on July 3, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested on Loudon Road near Goodwill.

Celia A. Cordova, YOB 1991, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on July 3, 2017, on two counts of criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident in an apartment on Old Suncook Road.

Momkpokpo K. Amegnra, YOB 1992, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:37 p.m. on July 3, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident in an apartment on Old Suncook Road.

Christian P. Nepa, YOB 1997, of Amy Way in Concord, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on July 3, 2017, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, and unlawful possession of alcohol after an alleged incident on Hoit Road.
