Accused Prowlers Arrested In Concord: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Timothy J. O'Brien, born 1989, of Concord, received a summons at 8:40 p.m. on Oct. 5, 2019, on a possession of more than three-quarters of an ounce of marijuana or 5 grams of hashish on Storrs Street.

Kirsten Lee Porter, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on Oct. 3, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after a traffic stop on North State Street near the New Hampshire State Prison for Men.

Omar Hutchinson, born 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Oct. 2, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at the Healy Memorial Park Trails on Basin Street.

Melissa L. Chilson, born 1989, homeless, received a summons at 10:27 a.m. on Sept. 29, on an operating without a valid license charge at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Kerry Whittier, born 1962, homeless, received a summons at 8:45 a.m. on Sept. 28, on a loitering or prowling charge on Manchester Street near Key Collision. At 9:55 a.m., police were called back to Banks Accessories on Manchester Street for a full custody arrest on a loitering or prowling charge.

William Leroy Vinal, born 1968, homeless, was arrested at 6:26 a.m. on Sept. 24, and charged with loitering or prowling, two counts of possession of a controlled drug, four counts of deal/possess prescription drugs, and a bench warrant after an incident on North Spring Street.

Joshua Jackson, born 1989, of Pembroke, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Sept. 26, on a driving while intoxicated charge on South State Street.

Stephen P. Denault, born 1987, homeless, was arrested at 7:36 a.m. on Sept. 24, on a receiving stolen property-$1,501+ and breach of bail charges after an incident on Chenell Drive near the Karner Blue Butterfly Easement. The Concord Monitor reported last month that the stolen property item was a pickup truck from Massachusetts. More charges are pending.

Jonathan Henry George, born 1986, homeless, was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on Sept. 17, on a bench warrant outside of Bennett Funeral Home on North Main Street.

Dylan Harrington Peterson, born 1993, homeless, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Sept. 16, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident at Thirty Pines Self Storage on Fisherville Road.
