Task Force Searching For Violent Convicted Bank Robber
Seamus Ian Murphy is wanted on a supervised release violation after being convicted of bank robbery in February 2015. Have you seen him?

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is searching for a convicted bank robber who is accused of violating his supervised release agreement. Seamus Ian Murphy is 37, about 6-feet tall, and weighs around 200 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair.
Murphy has a number of tattoos on his arms, legs, thigh, calf, and shoulder, including a knife on his right arm and a Ying Yang symbol on his left arm. He has also been known to use the alias "Seamos I. Murphy."
"Murphy was last known to reside in Manchester, NH, but has ties to the Danville, NH area," according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.

White also stated in the alert that Murphy had "violent tendencies" and was "known to abuse drugs." According to past arrest reports, Murphy has also resided in Milford.
The warrant for his arrest was issued on June 17, 2019, by the U.S. District Court.

Murphy was convicted of robbing a Citizens Bank location inside the Stratham Shaw's back in February 2015. He was arrested the next day in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, hiding out in a Motel 6. Murphy sentenced to prison for 51 months in May 2016. Previous criminal incidents include the theft of a gold necklace and stealing a wallet from a purse in December 2014, in Nashua.
