Concord Police Log: Hopkinton Man Arrested for DWI, Drugs, and Vandalism

Plus, Francestown man faces felony charges and a homeless man is arrested after banging on windows and screaming on Rollins Street.

Bryan A. Case, 27, of Dawn Drive in Concord, was arrested at 11:14 a.m. on Nov. 11, 2014, and charged with felony habitual offender, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was also arrested on Dec. 4, 2014, on a theft charge from the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street on Oct. 20. In the first incident, he allegedly stole $7.36 worth of soda and juice. In the second incident, police arrested him on a sheriff’s warrant at the Days Inn on South Main Street. He’s due in court on Jan. 12.

Zachary F. Frost, 21, of New Boston Road in Francestown, was arrested at 10:18 a.m. on Nov. 12, on a bench warrant, two felony acts prohibited charges, driving after revocation or suspension, and felony default or breach of bail conditions charges. He was arrested by the Peterborough Police Department and refused bail.

Daniel T. Bain, 29, of Boston Hill Road in Andover, was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Nov. 13, on a possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. He was arrested after being stopped in a Honda for a defective rear plate light on North State Street. Police allege that he was in possession of three Alprazolam pills.

Nathan Vance, 22, of Rollins Road in Hopkinton, was arrested at 1:33 a.m. on Nov. 13, and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested again at 7:40 a.m. on Dec. 20, on a felony criminal mischief charge. In the first incident, Vance was stopped while reportedly driving across the yellow line on South Street and was later charged after a field sobriety test. Police allegedly found a marijuana pipe in the vehicle. In the report, he allegedly “continuously laughed, joked, and taunted” the officer during processing. In the second incident, Hopkinton Police arrested him after Concord Police put out a 12-hour domestic violence alert for a vandalism incident on Merrimack Street involving a Mazda3 owned by a Concord man. He’s due in court on Jan. 26.

Thomas John Doheny, 19, of Alexander Drive in Pembroke, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. on Nov. 14, for possession of drugs and transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor. Christopher M. Gelinas, 18, of Fisherville Road in Concord, received summons for unlawful possession of alcohol, while Robert Anthony Passarelli Jr., 21, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was summoned for transportation of alcohol/open container. Doheny was arrested after a traffic stop on Village Street and was allegedly in possession of a mason jar of marijuana. Gelinas and Passarelli were passengers in the car and were allegedly in possession of open containers of alcohol.

Brian David Herra, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a criminal trespass summons on Nov. 14, for being on the railroad tracks; and was also arrested on Nov. 18, for passing of items to or from the occupant of a motor vehicle and on Dec. 19, on a bench warrant.

Randy S. Bedard, 22, of Route 16B in Ossipee, received a summons at 12:35 p.m. on Nov. 15, on a theft charge at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. He allegedly stole soap, deodorant, and cheese, valued at $17.41.

Michael Dana Morin, 51, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on Nov. 16, on a bench warrant after police were called to Rollins Street for a man banging on windows and screaming. He had a warrant from October for nonappearance in court on a criminal trespass charge.

Michael Franklin Corey, 40, of Rollins Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. on Nov. 18, on a simple assault charge from Nov. 3, in an apartment on Rollins Street involving another man.

Courtney Fontone, 28, of Hanover Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Nov. 19, on disorderly conduct and default or breach of bail conditions charges after allegedly standing in the middle of Green Street, outside of the police station, screaming and holding her hands out. She reportedly jumped on the hood of a Jeep and was allegedly intoxicated at the time. Since she was arrested on Nov. 6, and ordered not to drink, the breach of bail charge was added.

Theresa Rutledge, 41, of Buzzell Hill Road in Weare, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Nov. 20, on a conduct after an accident charge from Nov. 8, at the Shell station on Loudon Road near Gully Hill.

Shane Bohan, 37, of East Third Street in South Boston, MA, was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on Nov. 23, on a simple assault charge in an apartment on the St. Paul’s School grounds. He allegedly pushed his wife onto a bed after they had been arguing.

Thomas H. Maher III, 26, of Ellsworth Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. on Nov. 27, on simple assault and obstructing the report of a crime or injury charges from Nov. 25, at his home, allegedly after a fight with his father.

Raymond Lloyd Place, 68, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Nov. 28, on a felony bail jumping charge and a bench warrant for nonappearance in court from May 29. He was arrested at Sanel Field on Old Suncook Road after police were called there to check on the wellbeing of a person.

Scott M. Donahue, 51, of Downing Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:47 p.m. on Nov. 30, on a criminal mischief charge, and again on Dec. 4, on three counts of default or breach of bail conditions from Dec. 2, and Dec. 3, on Downing Street. In the first incident, officers were called to Downing Street for a report of man holding a knife to a woman’s neck. Officers found the woman on a porch and spoke with her about the allegation. They were unable to locate a knife. Donahue denied holding a knife to her throat. He allegedly cut a phone cord though and was charged.
