Homeless Woman Arrested on Driving, Drug Charges at the 7-Eleven: Log

CONCORD, NH — Robert R. Ramalho, 24, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief, two counts of falsifying physical evidence, and receiving stolen property. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Centre Street.

Ian J. Tucker, 20, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested on Rumford Street.

Chelsea A. Carpentier, 25, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2016, for operating without a valid license after an alleged incident on Penacook Street.

Shannon E. Timoney, 25, of Green Street in Manchester, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Dec. 4, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested inside an apartment at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Derek L. Mahan, 52, of Leanne Drive in Concord, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. on Dec. 4, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs, after an alleged incident on North State Street.

Mantas K. Crosby, 23, of Canterbury, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2016, on two counts of receiving stolen property after an alleged incident at Shaw’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Robert M. Lucier, 22, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault after an alleged incident on Rumford Street.

Sara E. Bourke, 30, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. on Dec. 6, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension, possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, and a bench warrant. She was arrested at 7-Eleven on Loudon Road.

Sheridan Fitzgerald, 21, of Mallard Lane in Londonderry, was arrested at 4:25 a.m. on Dec. 6, 2016, on a bench warrant. Fitzgerald was arrested at the Days Inn on South Main Street.

Tyler Payne, 31, of Arthur Road in Weare, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Dec. 6, 2016, on two counts of conspiracy to commit from alleged incidents on Willard Street and Elm Street in Penacook.
