Waterville Valley Man Arrested On DWI Charge Again: Concord Log
Concord man charged with meth possession while awaiting trial on Warner robbery with weapon incident; Pembroke woman faces theft charge.

CONCORD, NH — Jason A. Furnari, born 1980, of Manchester received a summons at 6 p.m. on June 28, 2020, on an operating without a license charge after an incident near 8 Loudon Road.
Tia M. Rix, born 1981, of Pembroke received a summons at 3:51 p.m. on June 27 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,500 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Liam Conway, 23, of Concord was arrested at 10:21 a.m. on June 26 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident on North Main Street. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Aug. 6.

Michael Gregory Dodge, 52, of Noon Peak Road in Waterville Valley was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on June 23 on driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated-second offense charges after an incident near 25 Water St. He is due for arraignment on Aug. 31. Dodge was arrested on second-degree assault, conduct after accident; death, injury, and attempted conduct after accident; death, injury in October 2013 in Lincoln but was convicted on reckless conduct and criminal mischief charges in May 2014.
Ronald Anderson, 44, of Putnam Street in Manchester was arrested at 4:15 p.m. on June 22 on a criminal mischief charge. Officers were sent to an apartment on Fisherville Road for a report of a domestic disturbance, according to an affidavit. A woman stated she and Anderson were having an argument and everything was fine. After speaking to Anderson, the affidavit said, he admitted to throwing a speaker against a wall and causing a large hole in the woman's apartment. He was arrested, refused bail, and taken to county.

John Lashawn Ladson, 39, of Concord was arrested at 10 p.m. on June 21 on a possession of methamphetamine charge on Storrs Street. He was arraigned on June 22 and released on $100 cash bail and is due in Merrimack County Superior Court on July 16. Ladson was out on bail after being arrested on robbery with a weapon and criminal threatening charges in Warner on Feb. 26. According to court records, Ladson pleaded guilty to a burglary charge out of Woodstock in July 2002 and then faced numerous violation hearings through 2015. Previous arrests include, an assault against a prisoner charge at the Merrimack County House of Corrections from July 2019; controlled drug: acts prohibited charges out of Franklin in February 2018 and May 2015; felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, receiving stolen property-stolen firearm, theft by deception-less than $1,000, and two controlled drug charges as well as three violation of probation or parole charges on July 2015 in Franklin; and a theft by unauthorized taking charge from Woodstock in December 2001.
Ednel Diedrich, born 1992, of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, received a summons on a bench warrant at 5:25 p.m. on June 21 on North Main Street.
Kristine M. Tirone, 26, of Plaistow was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on June 21 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident in the Jennings Drive and North End area of the city. She is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on Aug. 20.
Lance C. Vivian, born 1993, of Concord was arrested on a simple assault charge after an incident at Neuro International on Loop Road at 4:50 p.m. on June 20.
