Women Indicted on Drug, Burglary, Assault, Gun Charges, and More: Roundup
Hillsboro teen indicted for burglary, Franklin woman allegedly slapped young girl, and Queen City man also indicted on drug charges.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in the Merrimack County Superior Court.
Laurie Gilbert, 55, of Range Road in Belmont, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, allegedly on June 25, 2016, in Hooksett.

Carrie Gray, 28, of North Main Street in Franklin, for second-degree assault, a felony, and simple assault, on Aug. 16, 2016, in Franklin. Gray, according to the indictment, allegedly slapped a young girl causing bruising to her right eye.
Joseph Hearn, 61, of Belmont, currently incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections, for two counts of burglary after allegedly burglarizes a School Street home in Allenstown on Aug. 1, 2016.

Ashley Hodgdon, 25, of Penacook Street in Concord, for possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, simple assault, two counts of attempted taking of a firearm from a law enforcement officer, and reckless conduct. On July 15, 2016, in Canterbury, she alleged was driving at a high rate of speed on Route 106 from the New Hampshire State Police and crashed her vehicle. She allegedly attempted to grab two state trooper’s guns and bit one of the trooper’s arms. Hodgdon was out on bail on a drug charge from Concord District Court in March at the time of the arrest. Hodgdon was previously convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2011.
Tyler Huckins, 19, of Hillsboro, for felony burglary. On Oct. 14, 2015, allegedly in concert with Jason Morgan, he allegedly burglarized a home on Gould Pond Road in Henniker.
Nicole Jacobs, 29, a homeless woman now located in New Hampshire, for three counts of unlawful possession of a controlled drug-methylphendinate, amphetamine, Buprenorphine, and possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, all felonies, allegedly on May 6, 2016, in Bow.
Malcolm Jahandideh, 23, of West River Drive in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, allegedly on May 22, 2016, in Bow.
Theresa Johnson, 27, currently incarcerated at the Merrimack County House of Corrections for felony burglary. On Aug. 18, 2016, she allegedly burglarized a Concord home.
